Der war gestern Nachmittag zumindest eingeloggt.

Grundsätzlich gilt, wenn ein Com-Leiter nach einer bestimmten Zeit (meine es sind drei Wochen) sich nicht eingeloggt hat, wird automatisch derjenige zum Com-Leiter bestimmt, der eingeloggt ist oder aber sich als nächstes einloggt.
